1940s Queen Amidala Throne Room Interpretation by Stitchy Button

Some years ago I purchased the adorable postcard set from @stitchybutton of her 1940s-50s interpretations of Padmé Amidala’s wardrobe. I immediately wanted to make multiple into wearable realities but the tyranny of choice froze me until later on I went back to swing dancing after many years of hiatus. I immediately settled on the throne room design, despite the capelet being not at all suited to swing dancing. Apparently neither is the skirt, as a dance partner once described it as feeling like going through a car wash.
