A Closet of Galactic CoutureHi, I’m Lady of the Lake Country and welcome to Sew This Is How. I have spent my whole life looking at Star Wars Costumes and wishing to not only experience the galaxy far, far away, but to do so in the full fashion regalia of Naboo, Coruscant, Alderaan, and more. The beauty, the escape, the adventure all beckoned me.
A large share of my adult life has included learning how to recreate these incredible works of art and I have long pondered the best avenue to share and help others on their own quest to participate in these worlds. I want to share my love of Star Wars, its designs, its characters, (and even its music) to help you find your own adventures and experience the joy of crafting your own recreations for the galaxy far, far away.
That is my wish for Sew This Is How: creating a updated space for consolidated research resources, but also sharing my love of Star Wars, passion for creativity and sewing, and how I got here, in hopes that it can inspire and assist you on your own journey.
